What brought/brings you into cycling? I love pushing myself and then getting to eat whatever I want.
Favorite race?
UCLA Road Race! Duh. Also it's my only win in the A's.
Biggest mistake before a race?
I had gu and coffee together as breakfast right before doing a mountain bike race, which I had never done before. The result was a feeling of gu rising through my stomach, so I had to decide whether to go faster and throw up or slow down. That sucked.
What is your pre-ride/race ritual, if any?
Making my bike shiny and sexy.
