Biography

Hailing from Great Britain, Omer Elmadbouh comes to UCLA Rowing having rowed for Oundle School Boat Club, where he rowed for four years and took home medals at several regattas in the J15 4x and 1x. Additionally, he rowed for the City of Cambridge Rowing Club starting at 14. After taking a year off from rowing in 2016, Omer returned to the sport this fall, racing in the Novice 8+ and 3rd Varsity 8+ at Head of the American, as well as the Lightweight 8+ at San Diego Fall Classic.
