Summary

Biography

Peter Frederick walked onto the team in the fall of 2015 and quickly rose up the ranks of that year’s novice squad, winning a spot in the Varsity 8 before the Loyola Marymount duel and holding onto his seat through the USC duel and WIRA. He has raced in the Varsity 8 at every regatta since, and led the team in meters over winter break 2016 as well as the summer of 2017. Peter was a key piece of Varsity 8 that finished won the club category at Pac-12s and went to ACRA C Finals in 2017, and was elected co-captain during the offseason. This year so far he has raced in the Varsity 4 at Head of the Charles and the Varsity 8 at every race, including a win over Long Beach for the Major Siebert Cup. Peter hopes to continue to provide valuable leadership and looks to carry his early momentum into a strong spring season in 2018.
