UCLA Crew names team for Annual Duel with LMU

UCLA Rowing looks to stay unbeaten in duels this season

Sharing our home waters of Marina Del Rey is Loyola Marymount University (LMU). The two teams duel for the cup that is named for long time UCLA supporter Guy Lundberg.

The relationship between these two program has always been strong, and this trophy was first contested at a time when the LMU team were being hosted by UCLA at our Marina Aquatic Center, after the LMU boathouse had sunk into the marina. Last year the UCLA Varsity Eight won the cup back from LMU, and now are seeking to keep this trophy for another year.

The Novice Eights Race is at 9am at the UCLA Marina Aquatic Center.
The Varsity Fours Race is at 9:30am at UCLA Marina Aquatic Center.
Spectators welcome.

LMU have requested that the Varsity compete in Coxed fours this year, and so our Varsity Squad has selected two boats to race LMU.
