UCLA Club Sports

1. Obtain a Physical

• Upload through ideal-logic.
• Returners do not need a physical.
• Club Sports physical document: PPE Form 2021 (PDF) - UCLA Club Sports

2. Sign up with UCLA Club Sports on Ideal-logic

• Create an account with your UCLA login.
• Search for "Wushu" in the Clubs tab and click register.
• Complete all required membership forms and concussion training.

3. Pay the Club Sports Administration Fee ($50)

• This fee is required for all Club Sports and is not to be confused with club dues.
• Pay under UCLA Wushu in Ideal-logic

4. Pay the Wushu Club Dues ($180 for the full year or $70 per quarter as of Fall 2023)

• This money goes to paying our coaches and to travel fees for the Collegiate Wushu Tournament.
