Summary

Biography

I never heard of Dragon Boat before coming to UCLA, and decided to try it out as something to do outside of classes. What I found was a team of fun-loving, down-to-earth individuals who've helped create many of my favorite college memories so far. Although training can get difficult at times, the practices have helped me develop useful teamwork skills, become more physically fit, and gain a sense of camaraderie with my teammates that's hard to find elsewhere. It's a combination of all those unique qualities that keeps me invested in this sport.
