UCLA Quadball traveled to Round Rock, Texas on April 13-14 to compete in the US Quadball Cup. Day one of the tournament, UCLA faced Virgina Reunited, Brown, and the University of Minnesota and came out undefeated to make it to bracket play on day two. In brackets, UCLA beat Michigan State and Boston University to make it to finals. Although teams from across the country competed in the D2 Collegiate division, the finals ended up being us vs Cal Quadball, our closest rivals. Despite the best efforts of the team, UCLA narrowly lost to Cal Quadball 140-110. However, we are very proud of our performance at nationals and the whole team had some incredible plays. A special thanks to our rookies, who made up the backbone of the team this season. Catch us next year at Nationals in Virginia, where we try to top our incredible performance this year!
