UCLA Club Sports

Jenna Tam was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has been playing basketball recreationally since the age of 7 when she joined her first co-ed YMCA team. 

She grew up playing with her dad and her sisters on the weekends and immediately fell in love with the game. Jenna was a three-sport athlete in high school, playing basketball, volleyball, and softball. As a freshman, she was a starter for both the basketball and softball varsity teams. In basketball, she led the team as point guard throughout her four years, earning the #1 seed for the CIF North State Tournament her sophomore year and making it the quarter-finals of the CIF State Tournament. Her senior year she was chosen as co-captain for both basketball and softball teams. Jenna is extremely grateful and excited to pursue her dream of playing basketball in college and is looking forward to exploring LA throughout her time.
