As reigning national WCLA champions, we're ready to build on last year's success and continue representing UCLA! While tryouts won't take place until January after winter break, we've been hard at work this fall with our fall ball schedule, focusing on conditioning, skill-building, and team chemistry to prepare for what's ahead. This fall, we competed in the UCI Playday, where we won all three games thanks to a strong effort from both new and old faces. The energy and determination we've seen so far have us so excited for what's to come!
One event we're incredibly excited about this winter quarter is our annual Alumni Game. This tradition is a highlight of our year, giving us a chance to play with former players again and honor the incredible legacy they've built for our program. It's always inspiring to have them back on the field, and their continued support motivates us as we prepare for the challenges ahead.
This season, we're also thrilled about the opportunity to compete for a chance to return to Wichita, where nationals were held last year. The experience of winning there is one we'll never forget, and we're determined to earn our way back to defend our title on the national stage.
