Over the weekend, the UCLA Bruins Water Ski team hosted a triumphant fall tournament for the West Coast Region at Ski West Village in Arvin CA. With the help of many generous people within the water ski community, the team provided food, camping, lots of skiing, and loads of fun for all teams participating.
This tournament proved to be a great chance for team veterans to earn new personal bests, and for new fall members to try out competitive skiing. As the new school year gets started, the team is excited to welcome both experienced and beginner skiers to the team and build the sport.
The Bruins look forward to hosting another tournament in the spring.
