Bruins Go 1-1 in PAC-12 Shootout

This past Saturday and Sunday the Bruins hosted the PAC-12 Men's Lacrosse Shootoutt powered by Nike Lacrosse and walked away feeling good. Our loss Saturday to #4 ranked Arizona was a back and forth battle until late in the fourth quarter when UCLA fell behind by 2 and made two costly turnovers which resulted in two quick goals and the score went from 11-9 to 13-9 with three minutes left . The Bruins captured another goal to make it 13-10 and time ran out on this very competitive game.

Less than 24hrs later the Bruins took to the field again, a bit sore and tired, but it did not take much time for them to get going with goals by David Mastro and Max Iseler.  The run was on with the Bruins tallying 17 and holding the Cougars of Washington State to only 5. Our close defense lead by Daniel Juarez, Dylan Waunch and Shin Ng once again were outstanding as well as our face off men Chris D'Angelo and Nathaniel Kuffner.

The Bruins take to the field this Saturday and Sunday at home against ASU and Grand Canyon respectively at 1pm both days
