Men's Basketball Sweeps Cal Poly Pomona!

This past weekend, UCLA played three games against Cal Poly Pomona over a three-day span. The Bruins managed to beat Cal Poly in all three games, 115-80 on Friday night, 112-67 on Saturday, and 121-89 on Sunday. Each weekend, the Men's Basketball team plays three league games against the same team. The two teams in the league with the best overall records will go to Regionals, which take place late in the Winter Quarter.
Isaiah Benson, a sophomore, scored 30 points in two of the three routings of Cal Poly Pomona. Michael Warren, a senior, averaged 22 points throughout the games over the weekend. Benson and Warren were recognized as most outstanding players of the weekend.
